Alex Goldin

Alex Goldin began his career in 1987 and has been a General Partner and/or a Managing Member in various residential development projects both government or privately financed in New York City. Over this period Mr. Goldin had developed approximately 20 projects estimating a combined value of $300,000,000 to $400,000,000 US Dollars. In the past 5 years, Mr. Goldin has mostly specialized in the Development of high-rise high-end Condos in New York City. He co-founded, Housing Network Management Inc, in 1991 a management company that has over a thousand units under its control. Mr. Goldin earned his degree at the Civil-Engineering College of Moscow and MBA candidate of the New York Institute of Technology. Mr. Goldin spent years as a construction manager for the leading construction management firms in the United States before going into business for himself.

Boris Taylor

Boris Taylor has more than 25 years experience in Project Management and Development. His main strengths are in project leadership, problem solving, client relationship management, ensuring compliance with applicable local statutes, budgeting, and project completion. Mr. Taylor’s educational background includes a B.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Information Management as well as additional trade related training.

Alex Zaika

Mr. Zaika has over 25 years of Real Estate experience as a general partner, manager, and rehabilitation supervisor in construction. Mr. Zaika is responsible for rehabilitating over 7,000 residential units in New York City, predominantly for middle income families as well as private investors, the City of New York, and the Community Preservation Corporation which has financed approximately 12 million dollars of Mr. Zaika’s annual rehabilitation projects. Mr. Zaika was responsible for the reconstruction of many prominent hotels and residential projects in the heart of NYC including the Webster Hotel located on 45th Street in Manhattan, the famous “Cortile” and other residential projects stretching down Manhattan’s Broadway Avenue.

He is the co-founder of Housing Network Management Inc., a company that manages over a thousand units.

Mr. Zaika obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from the college of Moscow.
